Hive Open Mic. Week 109. My kite. Mi papagayo.
We are in week number 109 of Hive Open Mic whose suggested theme is PAPER KITES.
This motif took me back to my distant childhood in the 1960s when I was flying these toys, and I came to have a beautiful collection. Thank God for that beautiful and healthy happiness.

MY KITE. (Mi papagayo).
I remember on this day
my beautiful kite
what colors did it have
more may flowers.
Flies high
my kite,
my kite
flies high.
With tissue paper
I made it
and then he flew it
over some grove.
The red, the yellow
and the green so beautiful
for their beautiful shine
were my favourites.
Note: In joropo music VERSO COLIAO is used a lot, and it occurred to me to do it in orchid time.

Este motivo me trasportó a mi lejana infancia de la década de 1960 cuando volaba estos juguetes, y llegué a tener una hermosa colección. A Dios las gracias por esa dicha bella y sana.

En música de joropo se usa mucho el VERSO COLIAO, y se me ocurrió hacerlo en tiempo de orquídea.
La esencia es invertir 2 versos.

Recuerdo en este día
mi bello papagayo
que colores tenía
más flores de mayo.
Vuela bien alto
mi papagayo,

vuela bien alto.
Con el papel de seda
yo lo confeccionaba
y luego lo volaba
sobre alguna arboleda.
El rojo, el amarillo
y el verde tan bonitos
por su precioso brillo
eran mis favoritos.
